| Does anyone associated with this forum have referrals for competent San Francisco remodeling contractors? If so, please let me know! I have recently assumed the role of manager for an apartment building located south of San Francisco proper and am finding there are numerous "issues" with which I require assistance. These "issues" include cracked walls, the need for new kitchen countertops and cabinets in some apartments, etc. Consequently, I need a remodeling contractor that is bonded and licensed, so if anyone has a referral for such a person or company, please let me know.
