| As the "new" manager of an apartment building in San Francisco, I am looking for a referral for someone whom would bill themselves as a "San Francisco handyman". I need this person to be "flexible" as far as the number of hours they are able to work each week. Additionally, I need someone who is able to work independently, completing tasks such as painting, power washing, etc. So, if anyone associated with this forum has a referral for such a person, let me know.
